We provide tools for verifying identities, detecting fraudulent activity, and ensuring secure access to services. The service includes API access, dashboard tools, and related features.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

Account responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Age requirement: You must be at least 16 years old to use our service.

Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

Security: You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

Permitted use: You may use the service only for lawful professional and business purposes, including sales and marketing validation, SaaS data hygiene, recruiting, fraud prevention, underwriting, and account verification.

Prohibited activities: You agree not to:

• Discover or disclose consumer personal email addresses
• Attempt credential attacks, phishing, or account takeover

• Use the service to facilitate illegal activity

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Pricing tiers: We offer multiple pricing plans ranging from $14 to $999 per billing cycle. Pricing and available features vary by tier.

Billing cycles: Plans may be billed monthly or annually. Annual plans offer a discounted rate.

Payment terms: Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle. Failed payment may result in service suspension.

Billing support: For billing questions, refund requests, or payment issues, please contact us through our support widget or at support@relentlessidentity.com. We will review and address your inquiry.

Usage threshold: Refunds are available only if you have not consumed more than 2% of the usage, credits, or other included value associated with the purchase.

Refund window: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase for plans under $99 and within 14 days of purchase for plans priced at $99 or above.

Covered products: This policy applies to pay-as-you-go products and subscriptions, including monthly and annual billing cadences.

Eligibility: A purchase is eligible for a refund only when both conditions are met: usage remains at or below the 2% threshold, and the request is made within the applicable refund window.

Non-refundable amounts: If usage exceeds 2%, the purchase is not eligible for a refund.

Our rights: Relentless Identity and all related content, features, and technology are the intellectual property of Relentless. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Your data: You retain ownership of any data you submit to the service. By using the service, you grant us permission to use your data to provide the service.

"As is" basis:The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

No guarantee: We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or completely secure.

Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relentless shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Relentless and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

Termination by you: You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support.

Termination by us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, fail to pay, or for other legitimate reasons with reasonable notice.

Effect of termination: Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You remain responsible for any outstanding fees.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in accordance with applicable legal procedures.

We may modify these terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
