Acceptable use

Permitted uses

You may use Relentless Identity for legitimate professional and business workflows, including:

• Sales and marketing validation for professional work emails
• SaaS customer data hygiene and CRM cleanup
• Recruiting, talent outreach, and legitimate business contact verification
• Fraud prevention, underwriting, risk review, and account verification

Prohibited uses

You may not use the service for personal-email discovery, spam, harassment, credential attacks, or other harmful activity.

• Spam, scams, phishing, or other deceptive outreach
• Harassment, stalking, doxxing, or consumer personal email discovery
• Credential attacks, account takeover, or unauthorized access attempts
• Unlawful profiling, surveillance, or evasion of privacy preferences
• Any use that violates applicable law, platform rules, or another person’s rights

Enforcement

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when we detect misuse, excessive abuse, policy violations, or activity that places our users or infrastructure at risk.

• OAuth account authentication and scope-based access
• Quota enforcement and paid capacity controls
• Rate limiting and abuse monitoring
• Usage history and auditability for account activity
